Frederick Dei-Danquah is a finance professional with a wealth of experience. He is currently the Finance Head for Prudential Securities and has also served as the head of finance for Unisecurities Ghana Ltd., overseeing financial operations and strategic initiatives. Additionally, he has worked as a Treasury Officer at Prudential Bank Ltd., managing Treasury functions and optimizing financial resources. Also, Frederick worked with Abossey, Alfsam and Associates as an audit senior.
Frederick has a master's degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting. He is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). Frederick possesses a strong academic background and professional credentials in finance and accounting. His expertise includes investment, financial management, reporting, analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Joyce Dentu-Kurtsmann is currently the Investment Manager of Prudential Securities Limited. She has over 12 years of extensive experience in managing individual, corporate and Pension funds. She also has hands-on experience in Fund Administration and general operations of the Asset Management business. Working with the company for over 16 years in various capacities, Joyce has built for herself a solid background in advising investors, addressing individual client needs and building a strong relationship with them.
She worked for 13 years as a Personal Assistant to the Senior Partner of M.A.F. Ribeiro and Associates a legal firm. She handled and prepared legal documentation for the courts and confidential documentation for clients.
Joyce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, she also holds a Securities Industry certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange, a certificate in Pensions Management from African University College of Communication and a Private Secretary certificate from NVTI.
Mr Richard Kwame Asare is currently the Finance Officer of Prudential Securities Limited. Richard has over 5 years’ experience in Asset Management, Investment Advisory, Research and Accounting. He has been associated with Prudential Securities Limited for over 7 years having joined the team in 2015 first as a National Service Personnel before being appointed as the Research Analyst of the company.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. He is also a Chartered Accountant certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK). Richard also holds a Securities Industry certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange and is duly Licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Representative.
Ransford is the Research Officer at Prudential Securities Limited (PSL). Before joining PSL, he was a Research Analyst with Belle Vie Global Services Limited where he contributed immensely to the growth of its Retail and Corporate client base. While at Belle Vie Global, he also worked in the Finance and administration departments.
He graduated from Valley View University with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and is currently enrolled in MBA Accounting and Finance and Securities and Investment courses at the University of Professional Studies and Ghana Investment and Securities Institute Limited respectively.
Mr John K. Addo has over thirty (30) years of rich corporate experience in banking and finance, having worked with reputable institutions both in the United Kingdom and Ghana. He is a Chartered Accountant by training and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Mr Addo also holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of East London, in the United Kingdom (UK). Mr Addo worked in the professional and commercial accounting sector in the United Kingdom; first as an Auditor at Landau Morley Chartered Accountants (UK) for 9 years and then as a Management Accountant and Financial Controller at Drivers Jonas (now Drivers Jonas Deloitte) for 13 years.
Mr Addo currently holds the position of Managing Director at Prudential Bank Ltd, the parent company of Prudential Securities Ltd. Prior to becoming the Managing Director of the Bank, Mr Addo held various senior and executive management positions within the Bank. He was appointed Head of Corporate Planning and Research in 2009 and was responsible for Corporate Strategy, Budgeting and Research. In January 2017, he was appointed Head of the Bank’s Credit Administration Division with responsibility for four (4) key functions: Credit Appraisal, Credit Control, Customer Accounts Management and Small and Medium Enterprises/Non-Traditional Exports (SME/NTE), and in October 2018, Mr Addo was appointed Deputy Managing Director for Finance, Administration and Credit Administration.
Seth Ampaabeng Kyeremeh is the Treasurer of Prudential Bank Ltd. and is responsible for the bank’s custody business. Seth has over 19 years of experience in banking, finance, investments, treasury, financial markets, accounting, and custody services.
He is a chartered accountant and a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), UK. He is also ACI certified.
Seth holds an EMBA in Finance and a BSc in Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. He also has a Certificate in Pension Management obtained from AUCC.
Mr. Anthony Felix Hammond is a former Executive Director of the Valco Trust Fund. Having worked for a considerable period with the Fund, his experience spans across, administration, project management and control and direction of investment funds towards sustainable growth and security.
Mr. Hammond had his first degree from the University of Ghana and further holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the same University where he was awarded Professor B. Amoako-Adu’s Award of Excellence MBA (Finance). He was called to the Ghana Bar nearly twenty years ago. He holds a post-graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Economics Institute, USA.
He was appointed a pioneering member of the Board that established and consolidated the Students Loan Trust Fund and had also served on boards of second-cycle institutions. Mr. Hammond had been an adjunct lecturer in Finance at the Central University and Islamic University College. Currently, he is an Examiner with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Professionally, he is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and Ghana Institute of Management.
Maud is currently the Customer Service/Sales Officer of Prudential Securities Ltd. Maud joined PSL in November 2022.
Prior to joining Prudential Securities Ltd., she worked as a customer service and marketing officer for 18 years at Westec Security, UT Private Security, and UT Logistics.
Her role as a customer service officer introduced her to diverse people.
She worked closely with clients to resolve their complex problems with the services provided by the company through care and precision to give them satisfactory results.
Maud holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing) from the Methodist University of Ghana-Accra.
She also holds certificates in the following: Customer Relations Management from the University of Ghana Business School, Leadership training certificate from UT Financial Services and Typist from Grace Secretariat School
Maud thrives on discovering new opportunities and believes in the power of empathy to bridge gaps and foster meaningful connections. She believes that understanding others enhances her own widely.

Mr. Mohammed Sanusi Kamara was the General Manager for Prudential StockBrokers Ltd. He has over 20 years of work experience in banking of which over 15 years relates to investment banking, funds management (pension management) and stock brokerage. Mohammed is a securities dealer (ADO) licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a dealer representative. He holds an MBA (Finance) and also a Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and has attended various courses and seminars in the area of pension management, business advisory and investment banking.
