Mr John K. Addo has over thirty (30) years of rich corporate experience in banking and finance, having worked with reputable institutions both in the United Kingdom and Ghana. He is a Chartered Accountant by training and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Mr Addo also holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of East London, in the United Kingdom (UK). Mr Addo worked in the professional and commercial accounting sector in the United Kingdom; first as an Auditor at Landau Morley Chartered Accountants (UK) for 9 years and then as a Management Accountant and Financial Controller at Drivers Jonas (now Drivers Jonas Deloitte) for 13 years.
Mr Addo currently holds the position of Managing Director at Prudential Bank Ltd, the parent company of Prudential Securities Ltd. Prior to becoming the Managing Director of the Bank, Mr Addo held various senior and executive management positions within the Bank. He was appointed Head of Corporate Planning and Research in 2009 and was responsible for Corporate Strategy, Budgeting and Research. In January 2017, he was appointed Head of the Bank’s Credit Administration Division with responsibility for four (4) key functions: Credit Appraisal, Credit Control, Customer Accounts Management and Small and Medium Enterprises/Non-Traditional Exports (SME/NTE), and in October 2018, Mr Addo was appointed Deputy Managing Director for Finance, Administration and Credit Administration.
Seth Ampaabeng Kyeremeh is the Treasurer of Prudential Bank Ltd. and is responsible for the bank’s custody business. Seth has over 19 years of experience in banking, finance, investments, treasury, financial markets, accounting, and custody services.
He is a chartered accountant and a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), UK. He is also ACI certified.
Seth holds an EMBA in Finance and a BSc in Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. He also has a Certificate in Pension Management obtained from AUCC.
Nana Offei Djan holds B/A Sociology (Major) & Political Science degree from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Professional Qualifying Certificate in Law from Ghana School of Law. Nana Offei Djan is a Director in Paratpar Wisdom Temple, Cape Coast.
Nana Offei Djan is a Lawyer with seventeen (17) years professional experience and a Legal Officer at Prudential Bank Limited from January, 2009 to date. He is the current Acting Head of the Legal Services Department at Prudential Bank Limited, a position he has been holding since July, 2020. He also worked as a Legal Officer at the Ghana Prisons Service from October, 2004 to December, 2008.

Mrs. Isobel Arthur holds Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Psychology and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also obtained a Qualifying Certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law. Mrs. Isobel Arthur joined Prudential Bank Limited in 2019 as a Legal Officer with the Legal Services Department.
Prior to joining Prudential Bank Limited, Mrs. Arthur was a Legal Consultant with the Legal Services Department of Shawbell Consulting Limited from 2014 – 2017 and a Senior Associate with Prohust Law Consult from 2017- 2019.
Mr. Roberts Ekor Dassah is the current Head of Chambers of DASSAH & ASSOCIATES, a prominent law firm in Accra.
Before setting up the said firm Mr. Dassah worked with Ghana Audit Service, as an Auditor, the then Bank for House and Construction (BHC) as internal Auditor and later Accounts and Administrative Manager of the Bank’s subsidiary Quarry Company in Sunyani from 1983-1998. He subsequently took up appointment as the Director of Administration with the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) from 1998 till 2007 when he joined a prominent law firm, Kulendi @ Law after his call to the Bar in 2003.
Mr. Roberts Ekor Dassah holds a BSc. (Administration) from University of Ghana. He attended numerous courses in Finance, Auditing, Human Resource Management, and Conflict Resolution in his working life with numerous Institutions. He took up brief consultancy appointments with Sky Consult and the Capital Group, both in Accra and briefly lectured Pension Law, following the amendment of the Pensions Act at the African University College of Communication. He was a Board member of the West African Senior High School and Legal Advisor for the School for a long time and Legal Advisor to the Korean Global Corporation that undertook Water systems projects in Wa, (UWR) and the then Brong Ahafo Region. He is currently a retainer for Veterans Administration, Ghana (VAG) and Qatar Charity, Ghana Office. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Practitioners.
Mr. Selasie Woanyah, is a co-founder of DCI Microfinance and has been the Managing Director since its inception in 2012. He is a banker with over fifteen (15) years experience with 5 of those years spent in various capacities in Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd starting as a Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Head of Manufacturing and Commodities Unit and Head of Mining and Construction Unit. Prior to joining Zenith
Bank, Selasie worked with China State Hualong Construction as an Assistant Site Engineer and with The Consortium a construction consultancy firm. He graduated from KNUST with a degree in Building Technology. He is a qualified lawyer who holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law University of Ghana where he graduated with first class honours and received the Bentsi –Enchill Award for the best graduating law student.
Mr. Anthony Felix Hammond is a former Executive Director of the Valco Trust Fund. Having worked for a considerable period with the Fund, his experience spans across, administration, project management and control and direction of investment funds towards sustainable growth and security.
Mr. Hammond had his first degree from the University of Ghana and further holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the same University where he was awarded Professor B. Amoako-Adu’s Award of Excellence MBA (Finance). He was called to the Ghana Bar nearly twenty years ago. He holds a post-graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Economics Institute, USA.
He was appointed a pioneering member of the Board that established and consolidated the Students Loan Trust Fund and had also served on boards of second-cycle institutions. Mr. Hammond had been an adjunct lecturer in Finance at the Central University and Islamic University College. Currently, he is an Examiner with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Professionally, he is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and Ghana Institute of Management.
Mr. Thomas Broni is the Executive Head, Operations of Prudential Bank Limited. Thomas joined Prudential Bank Limited in December 2003 as a Deputy Manager at the Internal Control Division and by dint of hard work; he was promoted to the position of Head of the Treasury Department in January 2005. He later became the Head, Risk Management Department in January 2007 and then Head, Compliance Department in July 2007 when Compliance Department was first established, a position he held until his elevation to the position of Executive Head in January 2020. Thomas was also part-time lecturer at the University of Ghana City Campus between 2004 and 2006. He was also a teaching and research assistant at the University of Ghana Business School in 1999/2000 academic year.
Thomas has over 20 years’ experience in banking, auditing and lecturing. He has an MBA (Financial Management) from the University of Hull, UK and Bsc. Admin (Accounting) from University of Ghana. He is also a Chartered Accountant and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
